A customer from Xinjiang came across the chest X-ray rack images advertised by our company on the official website of Newheek and contacted us via phone for consultation. The customer indicated that the product was intended for a bidding project and provided us with the relevant bidding parameters.
Upon verification, we found that the bidding parameters submitted by the customer were consistent with those of our products. We then sent the customer photos of the chest X-ray rack that meet the specified parameters. After further confirmation, we identified that this bidding project was the same as the one another customer had previously consulted about.

We communicated clearly with the Xinjiang customer that several companies have inquired about this bidding project, but no bidding authorization has been issued yet. We noted that if the customer intends to participate in the bidding, we will provide the same pricing and supporting information, with the authorization granted to only one party. We also suggested that if the customer is confident in winning the bid, they can pay a partial deposit, which will be converted into the official payment later. In return, we will not authorize any other companies for this project.
