The chest rack with x ray grid can be equipped with filter grate. At present, Newheek has 8 types of chest rack. The suspension chest rack can not use filter grate, and the others can. Newheek’s chest rack has a special DR, fixed, mobile, front-loading, side-loading, the maximum size of the cassette or DR is 17 “X17”. Generally, the chest rack should be selected according to the equipment used, which is IP board, or dark box, or flat panel detector. For flat panel detectors with different thickness, the suitable type of chest rack is also different.
The chest rack with x ray grid can be placed with 17 “X17” or 14 “X17” chest rack. The method and place of placing filter grating on different chest racks are different.
