How do we install a flat panel detector on a bucky stand?

A customer in Guangxi received our bucky stand. During operation, he felt that the spring of our bucky stand for fixing the plate detector was too tight. He asked if we could loosen the spring a little.
We explained to the customer that the force of the spring is the best answer based on multiple tests and ergonomics, which can ensure the flat plate detector is fixed and stable, and it will not be difficult to install the flat plate detector under the correct operation.Here’s how to install a flat panel detector on a bucky stand:
1. Pick up the upper edge of the plate detector as far as the center position with the right hand, and assist the left side of the plate detector with the right hand;
2. Put the bottom of the plate detector into the card slot as shown in Figure 1 and press down slightly until the top edge of the plate detector is lower than the top card slot as shown in Figure 2. At this time, the right hand is at the pallet 3;
3. Slightly lower the plate detector and push closer to the supporting disk;
4. Slowly release both hands, and then the plate detector is basically fixed;
5. Adjust the plate detector, align the center line with the corresponding scale line on the panel of the camera box according to the size of the plate detector, and the installation of the plate detector is completed.
6. Be careful not to place the plate detector by hand towards the bottom of the card slot, because the spring is strong and the card slot is hard, which is easy to be scratched.
